Alyosha is a 50ft sailing catamaran that just recently completed sailing around the world! In June 2016, Steve Butz started this 3-year journey by taking his family down the Chesapeake Bay in the Annapolis to Bermuda race. They documented their adventures online on the Sail Alyosha Blog and kept meticulous records of their route, favorite islands, and the many challenges they experienced in what became a 3-year long/41,390 nautical mile achievement.
